4.0 Payment Structures

Damac Properties has numerous developments currently under construction or at pre-construction stage. Each individual development has a set structure with regard to its payment stages.

4.1 Example of Payment Terms (Ocean Heights)

10% - On signing the reservation form
10% - Within 30 days from signing of reservation form
10% - Within 120 days from signing of reservation form
10% - Within 180 days from 2nd Installment OR on completion of Piling, whichever comes earlier.
10% - On completion of Parking Podium
10% - On completion of 20th Floor structure
10% - On completion of 40th Floor structure
10% - On completion of 60th Floor structure
10% - On completion of the Structure
10% - On completion date

5.0 Bulk Purchase

A "Bulk" purchase is defined by anyone purchasing 4 or more apartments in the same project at the same time or apartments / units fora value exceeding AED 10 million.

In such a situation DAMAC may consider nominal discounts. Due to the overwhelming demand for property in Dubai at this moment it is normal that we do not negotiate on asking prices regardless of the size of purchase, other than which has been previously mentioned.
