Unlisted Secret Dubai Investment Opportunities

One of the little known secrets of Dubai real estate is that there are agents who have a significant portfolio of investment properties that are not be listed.

You won't find them on the open Dubai market or on any Dubai real estate or investment website website.

 

Why would this be? Here's a partial list:

  1. Sellers don't want to the publicity. They will ask an agent to "get the word out" and see if they can reach a private settlement.
  2. The properties require a great deal of due diligence. Some properties are off the beaten path. They may have beautiful scenery or might be located in areas that have no sales figures from which to pull a reliable comparitive market analysis. While the agent is doing due diligence they'll pitch the properties to potential buyers.
  3. Some owners have many properties and seek buyers who purchase properties in bulk... turning multiple properties a part of a single package deal. Listing the properties "onesie-twosie" on the open market or any websites would break the portfolio.
